Class Calls:
We will meet every Tuesday morning at 9:00am PST, 11:00am CST, 12:00am EST, beginning on Tuesday, October 13th, with the exception of Tuesday November 24th, December 22nd and 29th. The final class call is scheduled for Tuesday January 26th, 2025.

January 5th: Intentional Communication
January 12th: Centering Play
January 19th: Integrating Embodiment & Healing Trauma
January 26th: Holding Space for Ourselves & Course Concludes
