Full 2026 payment schedule:
$250 deposit due by January 30th
$500 payment due by April 30th
$250 payment due in July 30th
Remainder $ due by October 30th
If you are sure that you can attend but require an alternative payment schedule, please do fill out the application and bring your specific payment needs (plans, amounts, dates, etc.) to your interview with me.
What if I can’t afford the retreat cost?
Given the limited capacity and resources of the business, I am unable to offer scholarships for the retreat at this time. However, if you are very interested in attending, and the retreat fee is just out of reach for you financially, I encourage you to apply to be on the waitlist. Cancellations may provide an opportunity for another participant to attend at a lower retreat fee.
What if I am not sure about leaving my family for several nights?
The official retreat will last 2 nights in order to reduce the time that you have to spend away from family, with a 3rd night option for those who would like an extra day to rest in nature and be in good company. If you feel strongly torn about attending for any reason, this may not be the year for you. Before filling out an application, I suggest that you schedule a call where you can get some Listening Time, and also where you can share your concerns or questions with me.
Will there be alcohol?
Alcohol will not be provided or served at any time during the retreat.
What if I can’t plan that far ahead because of my work or other circumstances?
If you would like to attend but are unable to plan this far in advance, I encourage you to apply and let me know about your circumstances so that we can include you on the waitlist. Please only use this option if your inability to plan ahead has to do with factors out of your control. We will book the venue based on the number of people who confirm during Early Bird registration (by December 15th).
What if I feel nervous about meeting other community members in person?
I have seen most or all participants feeling a little bit nervous about meeting either the people they have known online for several years, or others in the community that they have never met at all, in person. If this is how you are feeling too, it makes sense! I do schedule a few calls leading up to the event, as an opportunity for all retreat registrants to virtually meet, do listening time, and connect prior to meeting in person.
I’m having mixed feelings about attending the retreat, and/or I am not sure if I would feel comfortable attending.
If you feel strongly torn about attending, and/or have any major reservations coming up for you around this event, this may not be the year for you. However, as with anything else, I would invite you to bring some of your feelings and thoughts to me by scheduling an appointment here. I will be glad to listen, as well as address any questions or concerns that you are having.
What exactly will we be doing?
Previous itineraries have included reflection and sharing activities, group meals, Special Time, Listening Time, and free time in between. The venue is located on a beautiful property, with easy access to nature. Here’s last year’s itinerary.
What are the expectations for shared labor (cooking, cleaning, etc.)?
Retreat participants will only be responsible for maintaining any common and shared spaces relatively decluttered. You will not be expected to prepare or clean up after meals, you do enough of this at home!
What former participants experienced….
"The venue, the space, the women, minimal distractions, the food, everything was incredible. I cannot think of how I could find a space like this anywhere else and I don't know when I last felt this connected, seen and loved by so many amazing people. Without wearing a mask.”
“Incredible experience. I feel reborn. I learned so much about myself, about love and connection and holding space and feeling it all. I’ve never felt so held.”
"Words cannot describe the beauty of this place! So peaceful and soothing for the nervous system. There was a lot of space to spread out and to get cozy. I absolutely loved the location, the ease of getting here, and the fall colors :)”
"The community listening time was incredibly powerful. It was definitely the most challenging but the impact was profound, both as a listener and when taking a turn. I felt I was able to release years of emotion and tension and it helped me engage more deeply for the rest of the weekend. All of the in-person connection time, whether special time, LT, dancing or casual conversations was so nourishing."
"It was an extremely thoughtful space - and I felt so seen and loved. I'm not sure I've ever felt that way. Thank you for all of the intention and care that was put into this space. It was beautiful and transformative."
